I am extremely disappointed with the service at Genoa Healthcare. I have been using this pharmacy for nearly three years, and unfortunately, the experience has become more frustrating over time. Today was especially disappointing. I came to pick up my medication and was told it would only take a short time. Instead, I ended up waiting for almost one full hour. Love their staff, the home delivery option for scripts, and that seem to always have medications in stock that other pharmacies struggle to keep on hand. I drive out of my way because I appreciate their excellent customer service.

Genoa and the staff there are the best I’ve ever encountered! A big shout out to Elizabeth! She is warm and compassionate. I know this is not an accident. I believe that Jeff sets the tone for the whole team. It’s amazing to me, how they can accomplish this while working in a space the size of a dressing room closet.
