Genoa was awesome from day 1 when I made the switch from CVS and Hannah was the pharm tech. SHE was perfect and consistent and had my son and my meds mailed like clock work. One day, Hannah moved on, and the system fell apart. I went 2 weeks without some meds. I was frustrated and called a few times to get it settled, and now it's better, but not the same as when Hannah worked there.
They always have my medication ready and I've had no issues picking them up
This pharmacy is quick to fill meds but none of that matters when they close early every Friday and your stuck all weekend without your medicine. My advice is to publish the hours of operation on Fridays correctly. It sure isn't anywhere near 4:30pm I went this past Friday, and they were closed before noon!
