Very poor customer service. Failed to deliver medications multiple times.
Insurance was trying to get me to wait 90 days for a mail order of my medication. Staff went above and beyond to make sure that they were able to fill my meds, and then delivered them to me that day. That sort of extra care is exactly what I hope for in a pharmacy

Been with Genoa for over 5 years. They are one of the few places that offer both Dis-pill packs as well as delivery which both help me a ton needing pills sorted and having no transport. I've had the same delivery driver the entire time and they keep good staff around long term which is always a good sign.
