The staff was terribly rude and stated. My order would be ready days ago. But then stated days later, it wasn't ready. And they had no information about it whatsoever. When I call the other pharmacy in bullhead, she said she gave him all the medication information and contact information.

I love Genoa! They are always so nice and understand exactly what I need. I have never had an issue with them unlike other pharmacies.
My initial prescription was filled before Christmas at a 15 day amount. On Dec 31st during my follow up appt a new prescription had been submitted for a 90 day supply. I had not received the medication or a call to imply it was too early to have the prescription filled. I called on 01/05 requesting a call back and received no response. Today I called again to see if the prescription could be filled today as I will be running out in the next 3 days.
