At the hickory office the big girl with black hair that works the front is rude and lazy. She sits there with her head down looking like she is sleeping. She will tell you to wait in the waiting room till your prescription is done and she will call your name but falls asleep or gets too busy on Facebook to remember to call your name when it is ready. I was told my prescription is getting filled. 45 minutes later I go to the window and the girl had forgot I was even there. My prescription was ready long before I went to the window but she was too busy on her phone or asleep lol
They are great people there
I can't even imagine going to another pharmacy.. the customer service. And the lollipops, yes, sir. 👻 So lately, there’s been some really not in such a good mood. Calls being answered quickly, and as you’ve said good bye well they hung up on me at that point. I know these folks work really hard and do their best. If anything would help me change my rating back to what I had originally, it would be nice to not be hung up on, land lines don’t usually loose connection.
