Alright, I've given Genoa another go and I'm going to have to stick with my one star review. First of all, there's no reason for a healthcare business, ANY healthcare business, to be closed for lunch. You need to take staggered lunches so that customers can still be served while some staff members are on break. Have been standing at the window being ignored by the staff, without so much as a greeting, for five minutes already.
Always friendly helpful
Called in to see what insurance they took and the wait time for setting up an appointment. When you call the phone number on google apparently it takes you to some back of house place which then needs to transfer you to the front desk, the front desk then needs to transfer you to the correct department?! After all this, the phone call just dropped after like 45 seconds. Horrible customer service
