You would think with so much negative feedback that Genoa would work harder to get its act together... But no. Arrived today to pick up my son's prescriptions, naturally they're not ready. Have been a customer for years never have had a single problem getting prescriptions filled or being taken care of in a timely manner
Alright, I've given Genoa another go and I'm going to have to stick with my one star review. First of all, there's no reason for a healthcare business, ANY healthcare business, to be closed for lunch. You need to take staggered lunches so that customers can still be served while some staff members are on break. It's unacceptable to make people wait for their medication while all of you go to lunch at the same time, ESPECIALLY because you're not open on weekends (which is also ridiculous by the way, if it's a staffing issue t... read more
