Genoa is by far the Best pharmacy in Elpaso. Michael and Brianna are so helpful and they call me when my prescriptions are ready for pick up. I use Genoa pharmacy for all my prescription needs. You won’t find a more friendlier and professional pharmacy in Elpaso. Thank you, Genoa for taking care of all my health needs as far as my prescriptions.
The supervisor at Genoa pharmacy on Trawood is no help. She is careless about helping customers with their prescription getting refilled. She has no empathy for the urgency of getting medication and only cares to get you off the phone every time you get to talk to her…Terrible customer service!!!
