Best pharmacy ever the lead technician Ryan is amazing and I wouldn’t pick another pharmacy besides Genoa
Terrible pharmacy, even worse customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Never call you back as stated. My meds were lost in shipping and they let me go over a month without them. Made it my responsibility to call the USPS and go find the package. Asinine. The number that was provided was automated and I could never reach USPS. What’s the point of having your meds shipped if they never make it to you. I still got charged, though! As a local medical provider, I will never recommend this place to my patients either.
