I would give Genoa 0 stars if I could, this pharmacy seems to think mental health takes a break on the weekends. Their policies are absurd and neglectful. Didn’t want to transfer my prescriptions to a different pharmacy because I was out of refills , I call the Dr that is mind you literally in the same building and wouldn’t take much effort on their part to walk over and request them to send over more refills. Very friendly staff always go above and beyond for you!
Genoa Pharmacy has been a great place for me to get my medications. They always get my prescription ready when I need them. The staffs are very helpful courteous and professional. I am with for years with no intention of going anywhere else.
Genoa is always super helpful and patient with me in meeting my medical needs. Great people who genuinely care about their patients!
They ok I live in a rest home and they deliver my medication every month ,I have no problem with them
