Honestly so sick of dealing with this place. No one ever knows what's going on in there. The employees are beyond rude and don't follow through with what you've talked to them about. Whether it's "forgetting" to mail important meds that you've specifically talked to them about and been assured they would be mailed, or randomly sending your scripts to other pharmacies with no communication or explanation, this place sucks. They desperately need an overhaul. 0/10. Do not recommend at all.

Amazing staff, They go above and beyond the call of duty.
I am the COO of a local inpatient medical provider, this pharmacy is communicative, friendly, helpful and takes an interest in our needs. There is always good information coming from the pharmacist and he genuinely seems to care about those he serves. Our experience has been 5 out of 5 positive with Genoa Payson
