I go to Genoa Pharmacy regularly as a caregiver to pick up medications for my client, and I’ve consistently been treated disrespectfully by several of the employees there. On multiple occasions, I’ve been told a medication isn’t ready or it’s “not time” to pick it up, even when I know that it is. I get all my medications filled here. They are always friendly and very customer service oriented. The best part is I can get my medications mailed to me for no extra cost. Great for people that can not get out to get their medications. Always feel very strongly in the Heart Chakra while being served at this place. Keep up the great work!!!

Really nice people, they always call to make sure I am ok with them mailing my RX. Very helpful when there is an issue. I am hoping to switch all my RX to them from Walgreens because the latter is frequently out of basic medication, the app doesn't work well and the staff won't help me when I need it. Also, Walgreens is always understaffed.
