I asked Lola 4 times please don't put twist caps on my medication bottles as I have injury to my arm and shoulder and shoulder blade but she didn't I'm in lots of pain I even was prescribed pain patches there listen my aid also called. Not to put twist caps on. For gosh sakes I'm a senior citizen also
