Very dissatisfied with Genoa!! Poor customer service skills very cold nasty attitude made to feel like they were doing me a favor!! Called for prescription they said it wasn't there had my doctors office call it mysteriously appeared!! Hate to play the race card but the more they get familiar with me the less respect they show even raising their voice to me..I thought it would be better since I am a disabled senior and can't drive to have it delivered but I'd rather go back to my other pharmacy this was a horrible experience... read more
