Recently started using Genoa because other pharmacies never have my daughter’s prescriptions in stock. The 5pm close time can be a little frustrating but I’ve never had any issues getting meds filled. They’re quick and the one time they didn’t have a med that we needed, they ordered it and had it ready the next morning.

I SPECIFICALLY ASK THE MANAGER WHAT TIME TY WILL BE HERE. I BEEN WAITING ALL DAY FOR THIS GUY TO BRING MY MEDICINE. I CALLED THE OLD DELIVERY GUY HE SAID EVERYONE CALLING CAUSE THIS GUY IS LATE. THE MANAGER SAY HE SAID PEOPLE ARE TALKING LONG CONVERSATION THAT IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. GET IT TOGETHER. WHERE IS GREG. CAUSE LADY U DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUISNESS . THEN U PUT ME THROUGH VOICEMAIL WHEN I CALLED RIGHT BACK TO LET U KNOW U LOST A CUSTOMER. GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE.
