For 5 days I told this pharmacy they needed to reverse the insurance claim so that I could get my medication sent to my preferred pharmacy. For 5 days this pharmacy said they sent my prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy but they did not reverse the claim. The after hours call line did a great job in assisting me to get a 3 day emergency supply, however the fact that the pharmacy did not listen to me for 5 days is entirely unacceptable.
