It takes over 24 hours for prescriptions to be filled while Walmart it takes less than an hour. Thought maybe Walmart has better computer systems. Asked why Genoa takes so long. Response was something about they are only open til 5pm so about 4pm they need to start closing so they get out on time. I work at a bagel shop that closes at 3pm thinking of letting boss know start closing at 2 and telling people its a slow hour need to leave by 3pm.
This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. No one even acknowledged I was standing at the window for a long time then twice the person walked over and didn’t say anything. I have called in refills a few days in advance only for them to not only not have them done or if they do it’s one set and no others. Customer service is 0/10 go anywhere else.
"Evan" was not helpful. He was rude and condescending to me while I asked simple questions about my prescription.

I had my prescriptions at Genoa Pharmacy in Page, AZ always filled promptly, on time, great customer service. Then this pharmacy closed suddenly. Unfortunately for me I transferred my prescriptions to Genoa Pharmacy in Flagstaff, AZ. from the first call this pharmacies customer service guy and pharmacist were rude and unhelpful. Refused to help me fill my prescriptions, and made no suggestions of where I could move them to be filled. Beware customers, find another pharmacy!
