They’re super nice until they make a mistake then blame the patient to cover their butts. I have told them several times my son gets dispil packs unless there is a short fill to get him through until the next appointment (when they cannot do dispils) in which case I want child safety caps. They attempted to twist my words around and say “you requested safety caps last time” and blame me when they failed to do dispil packs. No apology, just rudeness on their part.
