I transferred to this pharmacy, because of ongoing issues with filling medication’s not only on time, but days past fill date. GENOA has been on time and have had no issues across the board. Always a wonderful inviting experience and thank you for my POSITIVE AFFIRMATION BRACELET!
Very helpful and kind they have done a great job taking care of my daughter's needs.
They are nice to your face. But after week and 3 attempts........ still no meds and was actively ignored for several min at the counter.
I have been cared for by Genoa for about 4 years. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They always have whatever medication I need and if they don’t, they order it and it’s available the next day. Never a wait, always professional and kind. If there is a mix up for whatever reason, they do their best to remedy the issue with patience and much kindness which is what I need.. I feel I’m important enough for them to go above and beyond~~ Thank you Genoa!
This is hands-down the best pharmacy I have visited. I live in Phoenix but am up in PV for a couple weeks. Was having issues getting a prescription moved up here for a refill. The staff here not only answered my questions on the process, but also had the most amazing patience with me while I played phone tag with my doctor who also got confused between mine and another patient's script.
