Missed getting life dependent medications mailed in a timely manner twice!!! after they assured it was going out in the mail that day. Management became rude. Checked BBB they have an "F"rating. So now we get all our medications mailed from Kirk's Pharmacy in Puyallup on Meridian, They know you by name at Kirk's Pharmacy and, to date, have not missed one delivery
I hate when I find a magnificent Genoa Healthcare Pharmacy, but then they lose a member that makes the pharmacy run smoothly. When things like this happen, it makes a person that deals with Genoa want to leave Genoa Healthcare completely. And go to another pharmacy, that's not Genoa. I just may do that, now that I know what I know. Cause things won't be the same anymore in 2023 at the current Genoa Healthcare Pharmacy.
The pharmacy told me to call the billing office because I wanted to change my contract with them to remove autofill. The guy in the billing office seemed to have no clue what I was talking about or any idea regarding how to solve a relatively simple request.
