I have been going to this pharmacy for 15 years. Both Brandon and Lori are just wonderful! I drive an hour out of my way to go somewhere that treats me like a human, no lines, and they make you feel like family. I will go to this pharmacy as long as I can!

Genoa is full of people who care and want the best from you. My medication is free, I have access to therapy, dental care, check-ups, ect. I would recommend ARCA/Genoa is anyone. They are excellent at what they do.
I’ve been going to this pharmacy for almost 3 years and I’ve just got to say that Brandon and Lori are so kind, thoughtful, and respectful even on the busiest of days. It’s hard to find pharmacy these days that cares about their customers wellbeing, especially when the pharmacy is dealing with a lot of shortages and people with behavioral health medication needs. I truly appreciate the respect and kindness that these amazing people have given to me and their other customers.
My favorite!! Brandon and Lori are above the best. Nice happy and helpful no matter what the issue or lack there of actually because they always get it right!!!
