Friendly staff send my prescription by mail with inspirational quotes. Meds are always well packed and on time.

Genoa lies. Refills are late too often. They're unreliable. Imagine missing doses of needed meds; the adverse effects that causes. They need to be held accountable for any and all events that make patients sicker.
They called me. Asked if they could take over my medications. I said sure, since it comes with added benefits over traditional pharmacies. Within two weeks I received all my meds (11 Rx's) without having to track them down and ask for them. Very easy switch for sure. Highly recommend.
Between their phones being broken and me having to talk at a painfully slow speed for them to understand me and their attitude when called, I'm lucky I'm just a caregiver but I would dread to have anything to do with this organization. They refused to answer three times over a half an hour before closing and acted offended when they finally had to answer.
