Sara at Genoa pharmacy in Clearwater is always so kind and helpful. It’s so refreshing to speak with someone so knowledgeable about her profession and who also knows how to patiently explain any issues with prescriptions to clients. Being on medications and dealing with doctors and pharmacies is very stressful and is not something anyone chooses to do. Horrible customer service
I’ve dealt with other pharmacies, and this one has been the best one I’ve experienced. The pharmacy always has my prescriptions in stock. At times, when they haven’t had my prescription, it was simply because whoever was supposed to hadn’t sent in the script yet. The pharmacy itself is very on top of things, and I couldn’t ask for a better one. They’re also very good about communication.
