Can't deliver same day even though the script was sent in the morning really would like to have my pain meds but it doesn't matter to them now I'll probably have to wait the entire weekend because I was dumb enough to use them instead of a reputable pharmacy

Very convenient, efficient, and friendly pharmacy. Reliable on filling medicine in a timely manner, and the delivery and mail options are very helpful, especially for those who have barriers going to the pharmacy in person. Multiple options for how to receive medications, in bottles or bubble packs organized for clients. The recent addition of a medication disposal drop-off is an added good option for clients. Reliable at picking up phones and helping promptly. My best pharmacy experience in the metro!

Worst pharmacy. Late 2024, there was an issue with the manufacturer of the briefs one of my clients uses. That's not Genoa's fault, But what IS their fault is that the rep we spoke to (sounded like a white male about 30 years old over the phone) told us we'd have to find a different pharmacy to get the briefs, instead of just suggesting that we order a different brand. Thay were good but now I need to switch my fault for missing the 3 times delivery driver now they use fed ex you need to take the day off to wate that çome 630 am or something 730am nope by by Genoa
