I've been coming here for YEARS for a couple of my clients. These people are amazing, always nice and in a good mood. They always call back in a timely manner if you leave them a message. I've never had an issue with them.

There is an issue every single month when refilling my medications. Either it’s back ordered and they don’t have any (which is bad when you’re on antidepressants) or if you’re supposed to get them on a Saturday they make you wait until Monday instead of putting them in the mail Friday so you can get them on sat. Or they do send you your medicine but it’s late or missing some and when you go to the pharmacy to ask why you’re missing a medication, they say “we don’t have it but let me check again”, and a few times they did hav... read more
Genoa is one of those friendly pharmacies that the staff know you by your voice and help you to understand the right medication and their interactions. I like that I can phone them up and request anything I am running out of and I usually get it in the mail with in a day. Excellent pharmacy. The staff actually take the time to know you. They will do pill packs if you want them.
