Dr. Ferguson is wonderful! She listens and is an excellent Doctor.
Nothing out of the ordinary. Dr. Ferguson was efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. It is not possible to get a quick appointment, even follow up appointments can run 6-8 weeks out.
Dr. Ferguson has been my urologist for the past several months. She quickly and efficiently organized and performed several tests and procedures. She clearly worked hard to keep the process moving quickly and without delay. She kept in contact with all results and obviously had my best interest in mind all the time. Thank you Dr Ferguson!
On the day of my first consultation I was extremely impressed with the cheerful demeanor of all staff involved. From check-in through check-out everyone was helpful, caring and pleasant! Dr Ferguson seemed to be having a tough day but was incredible in how she worked to get my biopsy scheduled quickly. Nursing staff very helpful and did a bladder scan and urine specimen and discussed that with me but doctor was using Google during our visit. She required me to wear a mask, demanded I stop using my phone as I tried to contact family members about the care I wasn't getting, there was no examination by the doctor. She did not discuss the findings of the ultrasound or urine speciman. Even though I was there for a UTI, she put in a referral for physical therapy and no antibiotics.
