Dr. Ferguson has been my urologist for the past several months. She quickly and efficiently organized and performed several tests and procedures. She clearly worked hard to keep the process moving quickly and without delay. She kept in contact with all results and obviously had my best interest in mind all the time. Thank you Dr Ferguson!
On the day of my first consultation I was extremely impressed with the cheerful demeanor of all staff involved. From check-in through check-out everyone was helpful, caring and pleasant! Dr Ferguson seemed to be having a tough day but was incredible in how she worked to get my biopsy scheduled quickly. Nursing staff very helpful and did a bladder scan and urine specimen and discussed that with me but doctor was using Google during our visit. She required me to wear a mask, demanded I stop using my phone as I tried to contact family members about the care I wasn't getting, there was no examination by the doctor. She did not discuss the findings of the ultrasound or urine speciman. Even though I was there for a UTI, she put in a referral for physical therapy and no antibiotics. Dr. Ferguson was on time for my appointment. She was very professional and did not rush through my appointment. She even went the extra mile to find a nearby pharmacy with the best price for my prescription medicine that was not covered by insurance. I highly recommend her.
She took great care of me. Very nice and listens to me.
