Very disappointing experience with this auto repair shop. I called to ask about getting help with an issue on my vehicle, but the person I spoke with immediately said “no” without even letting me explain what was going on. I also mentioned another car I was having trouble with, and again the answer was just “no.” What bothered me most was that they didn’t try to hear the problem, offer any suggestions, or even recommend another shop that might be able to help.
