Dr Hori is an excellent Urologist; very personable, a good listener, very thorough, and confident. He has been an excellent physician in addressing my serious health needs and I highly recommend him.

Contrary to some other reviews, I have found the office staff to be prompt and courteous. Dr. Hori is very nice and very receptive to questions. I highly recommend him for your urology needs.

Dr Hori is thorough about my medical problem and answers all my questions. He does speaks very softly so it is a bit hard to hear him times, Staff seems to change often, His MA Jasmine is very polite and pretty much runs the office by herself and does a a great job doing it.Would recommend to a friend

I didnt even want to leave 1 star thats how unprofessional this office is. Dr. Hori and his staff are unprofessional and rude. You cant question any procedure or they get defensive and start treating you differently. If you dont agree with them and God forbid you have to cancel and appt. they start shunning you. Won't call you back, wont follow up with appts. and flat out LIE. Ive never experienced such behavior from a Dr.s office. I will never refer anyone to this office of horrors.

Dr.Hori make me feel comfortable when dealing with the most sensitive part of your body.He is very patience listening to my complaints.He explains clearly what is my best options.He make an effort to arrange surgery immediately when is needed.Thank you!
