Gino's installed my parents new unit and it hasn't worked right since they took the old one out. Heat wouldn't work this past winter and the air conditioning doesn't cool anywhere near as good as the old one. They have been trying to contact him for a week now to get him to come check it out and he hasn't called or texted them back. We will not recommend this business to anyone. If I could give negative stars I would.
