I paid $36,000 for custom brush brass gold staircases, only to receive a completely different product – the stairs are stained black and nothing like what was promised. Called this company a number of times with no return calls and eventually called to ask to speak to someone and was advised that they are not taking new clients as they have too many clients. My advise is for them to close their website down or put a sign on it to say they are not returning calls.
