Long wait time
Food is good and that unfortunately is where all the positives stop. It took my wife almost an hour to get half her order. We ended cancelling the other half of her meal and went elsewhere. Perhaps we went on bad day but it wasn't busy at all.
Restaurant was less than half full, only one side open, waited for an hour and decided to leave. This is not the common Genki sushi experience. If you do not have enough staff to man the restaurant, don’t open it, or notify the guest that it will be a lengthy wait.
Horrible service. We walked in, the place was empty not a single person other than two staff members. The waitress looked at us and said “what can I help you with” twice so we said a table for 4 and she sent us outside to sign in from a QR code. We did this and waited about 10 minutes sitting outside while the place inside is completely empty so we ended up leaving. When we got back to our car we got a text that our table was ready. No wonder the place was empty. Found a way better place right down the street
Everything is always fast and delicious here 😋 they just need more employees so they can open the entire restaurant.
