This used to be a great service but since they got taken over it's horrible. No one answers the phone and refills take weeks and weeks. I am out of my meds and there is no way to track where or when they will arrive. I will be transferring my prescription. Genius R/x is now terribile.
Hi my name is John Dunn. I received excellent customer sevice from I believe her name was Pam. I had an issue with my prescription and she personally tracked the progress and would call me with updates. Please lookup my account to see who the woman was because she deserves recognition for excellent customer service
Terrible service. I used this "pharmacy" for a few months, and yes, you can get your scripts cheaper... IF you ever get them. I placed an order on 3/6 and it is 3/19 with no progress on the order. I am officially out of one of my meds and they have made no efforts to process the order even though my doctor re-sent all my scripts to them. I will not mess around with this poor service any more. People can't wait weeks on end for meds... 0/10 do not recommend.
I have been attempting for over a week to reach a representative. I have called, your numbers don’t work, no one answered, request call back and again nothing. My physician reaches out because my prescription needs approval but still nothing. NOW you’ve cancelled my request without any explanation. Absolutely horrible. This will also go online and to the better business bureau, maybe that will get someone to respond to me.
The worker was very efficient and very kind. She resolved my question well. I felt taken care of. Thank you.
