So i took my phone in to the the battery replaced and because they didn't have the parts for my phone it would be 3-5 business days to ship which is understandable because I have an older Motorola phone. They replaced the battery but in turn they had broken the loudspeaker on the phone and didn't put the back on right either so I had to take it back in.
