Scam by a scam artist
They have been evicted from there downtown Sarasota offices. Eviction notice on door. The Eviction notice was deffiently in there name for not paying over $25,000 in back rent. They took advantage of the Covid-19
I am a customer of Genitrust, and my phone crashed that had the app and all my info. I tried to access my account and since I have a new phone number it won't even let me access my money. I can verify my identity but now I can't even find the app on Google Play. I have tried emailing multiple times, calling and left messages but over 4 months I cannot get in touch with a single person. I just want to get my money back. Nobody picks up the phone. Nobody returns e-mails. Nobody shows up for video calls. What kind of a business is this?!! I want to know when my wire transfer will arrive. I have scheduled 3 video calls, sent multiple e-mails, and left several voicemails, but nobody responds!
It's only been a few days but I'm impressed so far. Thumbs up Genitrust In the next 30 days I will update my review.
