Friendliest staff and so helpful. I have received loans from GU before and have always gone back to Derek who is amazing. He was out of the office and Liz happened to pick up the phone. She is a teller and so, so helpful. Calmed my nerves when I found out the dealership hadn't done the financing yet. I went into the branch and Shakhari was the loan officer who helped me... I had to get the insurance moved and copies of the purchase agreement all while sitting with her... She had the utmost patience and easily calmed my nerve... read more
