I have always had great experiences with Genisys. All my personal and business accounts are with them. Also my home Mortgage and my HELOC. All under the same login for super convenient access.
I like this credit union. My issue is that literally 95% of the time, the atm machine won’t take cash deposits. Like for the majority of the week I go and it won’t let me deposit cash constantly. I don’t have this problem at any other financial institution I use, so there’s no reason their machines shouldn’t be able to handle this. Other than that the people are nice and helpful. I just need their atms to actually work.
