I love Genisys but I had my 1st overdraft and I would have appreciated a phone call and time to add the funds to avoid a 29.00 fee
I really like going to the commerce branch and the Wixom branch. All the staff are so friendly!
First off starting with why I am writing the review is because of Jamila’s ability to understand my needs and communicate products that matched what I was looking for. She made the purchase of my new vehicle seamless when I was fence sitting on buying because of inflated cost and high interest rates. I was able to find the car I was looking at the price I wanted and also got a good rate. I would recommend Janika and Genisys!!!
