This is the worst ATM this credit union has. The functionality of it is absolutely horrendous. Depositing cash function is randomly unavailable multiple times a week. Depositing checks function is randomly unavailable multiple times a week. Our family stopped using this branch almost entirely because we end up having to go to a different branch at least 50% of the time.
New customers with this bank fyi, you can’t deposit checks into the atm for over a year, even tho the atm takes it anyway. Which is something they don’t tell you at all. Another thing, add about 5 business days onto the date it says it’ll be deposited. Honestly just cash your checks and do not use this bank, especially if you have bills you need paid.
