walked in to get a helix piercing and had an amazing experience. the environment was very clean and well put together, staff was extremely nice and helpful with the placement of the piercing, you could see how well everything was being sterilized, and the entire process was quick and easy! will be back and definitely recommend!!
Shelby was absolutely amazing! Took my 24 year old daughter in to get her septum pierced. Shelby explained all of the instructions thoroughly. The shop is super clean and smelled very sterile. I will be back to get piercings done for me!
Excellent customer service
My daughter and I both got pierced at Genisys and had amazing experiences . The staff start to finish was amazing in both customer service and knowledge. My daughter is about to be 14 and got an industrial piercing and was extremely nervous.Shelby was so patient and kind with her. I couldn’t have asked for better.
