Words cannot truly express how grateful our family is to the wonderful team at Genista for the exceptional care, kindness and compassion they provided to our beautiful mother and father, Lora and Joe. Knowing that Lora and Joe were being cared for by people who treated them with dignity, patience, tenderness and genuine warmth gave our family such comfort. Genista needs 1000 ⭐️stars it’s just incredible, I put one relative in with dementia they are in the Jackaranda Unit a brilliant safe unit that specialise in caring for dementia patients, We love it so much we got another relative out of a nearby nursing home to send here also,, Penny Pajic the manager & Pepper are just Brilliant & And just makes you feel so comfortable with everything & is just so caring about their needs, Also Carmen & Sylvia on front desk are so welcoming, I now have 2 relatives in the Jackaranda Unit & I... read more

A neat home. My aunt has been there for a number of years and is well taken care of. Penny the manager is easy to talk to. She explains things in a way that actually makes sense, which helps alot. You can tell she genuinely cares and so do the staff. Staff make it feel welcoming and work hard.
