It has started off well a few years ago, but service became terrible since about a year ago. Water was turning green, but nothing was done to fix it (I had to fix it myself), then this Friday he dumped acid instead of chlorine into my pool by mistake. PH went to 6.4, chlorine 0.1, phosphates way up, alkalinity 13. Dangerous to swim. I have contacted him on Saturday with an opportunity to fix it, but zero reply, and no show. Fired today. Too many mistakes, zero response.

Top notch service! As many people are aware, it can sometimes be difficult to get a contractor scheduled, much less answer your calls! Eugene was the easiest person to communicate with, was able to quickly schedule service without any hassle. His prices are fair! He texted to let me know he was on the way and showed up ON TIME! I also appreciated that I didn't have to lock into some monthly service with him.
