Hi my name is Jack owner comfort heating & cooling systems. Genie air they carry almost every model mini split ductless systems with lowest prices good customer service especially RUDY he is a pro knows the best .I highly recommend Genie Air.
Not a good place to do business,they gave me an open box unit and told me it was new ,if the unit is faulty they will not exchange it for a new one, if they return your money, you will have to wait at least 15 days. I bought a unit on the 9-3-2013 ant they just returned the money on 9-18-2013 minus 15%. after countless calls and enlisting the help of BBB Los Angeles.
This is by far the worst place I have ever been. They are so worthless it defies belief. They don't care that you wait in line for an hour after you paid two days earlier, they don't care that they are so disorganized they can't locate your account, they just don't care aboit anything.
It’s been a nightmare! We had our heating/cooling system replaced two and a half years ago and we’ve had nothing but problems from the very start. A different company did the work but the unit was supplied by Genie Air in Van Nuys. First the heater didn’t work properly and the technician had to come back for repairs. Summer came and the air conditioner didn’t work so the tech was called again for repairs. (Remind you, this is a brand new unit.)
