I have been going to Gen Health in Goodyear for 6 months now for spravato treatments. Everyone has been so welcoming & they seem like they genuinely care. Tallyn is in charge of spravato and she is a God send. She always shows interest, makes herself available & returns any texts I send promptly, always trying to accommodate my schedule. I am so appreciative of this service & the kindness shown to me. As a bonus, there is a couch in the room with a recliner. The staff is polite and professional. The only thing bad is the parking situation that they can not control. But besides that everything is good about this place.
Easy access to online mental health support! Jamie is absolutely amazing! I’ve never had an issue with scheduling and her communication is always within a respectable timeframe. She’s been super helpful working with me to find medication that actually makes me feel good. The virtual option is great for someone in an area where mental health resources are less available. No complaints!!
