Scheduled an oil change for this afternoon at 4:00pm. When I arrived, there wasn’t an appointment scheduled for my truck. This is the second time in a row that this has happened. I’m retired, but I have better things to do with my time than drive to and from the Ford dealership in Plainville.
My experience was very pleasant the tech was very knowledgeable and respectable he really placed my mind at ease with my concerns and explained the codes to me very knowledgeable you guys will have me as a repeat customer
