Worst place not to be trusted they messed up the alignment on my work truck could caused a big accident on the highway and they wouldn’t take any responsibility. Stay away from Gengras ford
I was charged the maximum amount of money for the minimum amount of effort and service, i won’t return and don’t recommend this Ford service shop to anyone.
Positive experience all around. Quick and friendly service. Will definitely return for service needs!
BEWARE: Charged me $430 to diagnose my AC problem. Gave me a $4700 estimate to replace almost every component of the AC system. I took the car to another service station who told me it is almost impossible that every component they listed failed. The new service station diagnosed for free and fixed the AC for $1375. I returned to Gengras to talk to the Service Mgr who was out to lunch. I was told he would call me within the hour. Never called.
