Our food was burnt. My husband tried to order a drink at the bar but was told to wait for our waiter. It like 45 mins for the waiter to even respond to him. It was a hot mess and we won’t be going back to this genghis grill which is sad because we love genghis grill and always have had a wonderful experience at every other we been to.
Maggie/ magdalena had incredible customer service, very fast, attentive and personable. Best customer service I’ve had in a really long time, and food was delicious!
This is just my opinion but this restaurant sucks! I don't like raw food being around other customers. I don't like that I have to pick my food and shove it in a bowl. Most of all I hate their stupid serving bowls. The stupid slanted bowls just makes it easy for my food to fall all over the table. Almost $90 for a family of 4, I'll definitely pass.
