Following up on my bad review 1 year ago I deleted it so I could post this, worse review. Lost a star. Last time I complained that they acted like we should know how to make our bowls with 0 explanation This time I ordered in the app and waited more than 10 mins past my order time. I watched a man assemble my order with bare hands (gross) and then after the wait they handed me someone else’s order and glad I checked bc otherwise I wouldn’t have had half my order. Unhelpful, distracted staff who doesn’t care
The poultry area smelled like something was bad. The noodles had mold on them. Management needs to do better.
Clean, cooked well and an amazing server Niya who was very attentive.
Omg our waitress Mindy was amazing and so helpful and on top of it ……. We loved her
We always enjoy our experience at this Genghis Grill. Our waitress Niyah was great! Very attentive and kind. Food was delicious and cooked thoroughly. Will definitely be back!!
