Great atmosphere, food and service

Waitress forgot to put in our appetizer, ran out of forks, no condiments available, table sticky from previous customers, booth seats dirty and ripped and every time the person in the booth behind me moves it bucks me forward in my seat. This was a very disappointing experience.
