All of the servers were extremely attentive and friendly. They were not very busy at the time we went (mid-week, around 8pm). We're familiar with the concept from HuHot, but were a little surprised that they only allow one trip. However, this didn't bother me too much since I've seen a lot of food get wasted at HuHot, and only having one trip through makes people think more about what they want to eat and not end up wasting a full plate of food because it doesn't taste good.
