Like ghengis.. but this place was pretty bad. CS is bad behind the sauce counter and they seem disinterested in the customer. Oh, and no crab meat. After years of exploring to find the perfect bowl, it stinks when they don't have a key ingredient. Dissapointing

I really like this place. Make any bowl that you can possibly think of with any combination of meats and veggies, put one (or more) of a dozen sauces and seasonings on it, and they cook it right there. And if you're a sake fan, they have you covered to.

I've eaten at Mongolian style grills for many years and most involve you grabbing the meat, veggies and sauce you want and bringing it up to the grill yourself. Our experience at Genghis was a lot different. The hostess told us the waitress would explain how it worked, but we needed to be seated in order for the process to begin. That was fine with us, we're open to new ways of dining. Food was okay but nothing was labeled which is a health code violation, also the staff was not as helpful as they should of been.
