My husband and I went to Genghis Grill the Saturday before Valentine's Day. Overall our experience was a good one. We had good food, good service, etc. Two days later however I went to our local bank which only has our "fun" money we use to eat out and buy gifts with. I could not withdraw the amount I requested because Genghis Grill had charges me a pre-authorization fee of my bill and then another with the tip included.
