The installation team told us when they would arrive and were there exactly in time. They told us what they were doing and when. They kept us fully apprised of any developments and their communication was appreciated. They were professional and polite at all times. If I could award ten stars I would!!
Our service tech, Jamie Arabie was thorough and informative about our first maintenance with our Cat 3 program. He took the time to explain in detail the process of what the maintenance wioukd be compromised of. He also took pictures of each step that waa tested. Jamie was very knowledgeable and polite. If there was a 10 star rating Jamie would certainly be deserving of 10 stars. He is definitely an asset to GenGatorz. We hope to see him again when our 2nd maintenance is scheduled in a few months.
