He is very knowledgeable and friendly. The system works great, runs surprisingly quietly, and powers the whole house with both AC units running without a hitch. We are very satisfied.
Excellent customer service from the initial call in of inquiry to the decision to purchase the unit. Everyone answered my questions and made me feel like they actually appreciated me as a customer. I normally don’t write reviews, but I am making an exception. The employees at Gengatorz went out of their way for the installation of my generator. At first we were having permit issues, but finally were able to resolve that. The crew that showed up for my installation were timely. After installation ran into another issue the access code to unlock system. They were able to sort things out and I am quite pleased with the results and service provided.
The field technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job of explaining how to operate and maintain their equipment. I have had great encounters with Gabe M., Demari Y., Caleb B. & Jamie A. I am not a fan of the automated text notification system regarding appointments. It completely disregards my schedule and availability. I would much prefer talk to a person to schedule appointments and be notifiedat least 24 hours before someone comes out to perform routine maintenance. A one-call was not performed wh... read more
Update: Our 38kw Kohler generator is up and running. It was a complex installation that required trenching around several underground utility lines (gas, water, irrigation system), as well as combining the two existing main breaker panels into one new panel (thus eliminating the need for one transfer switch).
