The installation team told us when they would arrive and were there exactly in time. They told us what they were doing and when. They kept us fully apprised of any developments and their communication was appreciated. They were professional and polite at all times. If I could award ten stars I would!!

Outstanding Install and service. Blaise, Gabriel and Blake showed up at our home on time, were extremely professional and polite. They went straight to work installing my generator. From the time they arrived to the time they left it was non-stop. You can tell they each know what their job is and they get it done. The team was great, from the person who answered the phone 9who was able to answer all my questions or get me to the right person that could) to the install team. Blake Naquin, Gabe Billiot, Gabriel Moore, and there was one more who did most of the electrical work (sorry, I forgot his name). They were very efficient and went right to work. Chris, Demari, and Rodney are superstars!! They did a great job setting up our generator and making sure everything was in perfect working order before they left! I am so glad I decided to go with GenGatorz and highly recommend them. The crew was also super nice and a pleasure to have around the house! I hope we do not have to use it any time soon, but I am so glad to have it if we need it!
