The installation team told us when they would arrive and were there exactly in time. They told us what they were doing and when. They kept us fully apprised of any developments and their communication was appreciated. They were professional and polite at all times. If I could award ten stars I would!!
Gengatorz did an excellent job. Elliot did a great job explaining exactly what I need and generator placement. Larica and Ryleigh kept me informed throughout the whole process. Gabriel and his crew Gage and Chris also did a professional job installing generator. Had a little set back with a small gas leak on my end but Ashton and Rodney help to resolve that. Gas company gave a little trouble but Ashton got that resolved. Very satisfied! Thanks Gengatorz!
From the sales guys to installation crew, these guys are absolutely top notch. Elliot was as professional as them come, answering all of my questions before the sale. Gabriel, Gage and Josh were my installation crew and they were awesome to work with. The installation is 100% professionally done, neat, clean, you name it. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. To start, the inside sales was very impressive and to be honest the main reason I chosen Gengatorz. The salesman who came to the house (Elliot) was personable and helpful. The installation team (Gabriel Moore, Gage Billiot & Chris Castillo) were just AWESOME!!! A few things I would like to see differently but it's my own thoughts. I would have site plans not hand drawn that is needed for HOA & the coordination with the electric company. I was very pleased with the service Jamie performed on my generator today. He explained everything he was going to do and even took pictures as he was doing the maintenance. He was very courteous and professional in performing the maintenance and explained that he made a minor adjustment on voltage output. Thank you for a job well done.
