Absolutely professional and top-tier service! I cannot recommend Jamie Arable highly enough. From start to finish, Jamie was punctual, incredibly knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain every step of the diagnostic and maintenance process. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the safety of his customers. If you need a reliable, skilled and most all A straight shooter who gets the job done right the first time, Jamie is your person. Outstanding work!

From the beginning to the end I was very happy for the knowledge , experience and service that was given to me and my wife. Elliot our sales person was very knowledgeable on the products that they sale and made it easy to decide which one was the better choice for us. Our service tech, Jamie Arabie was thorough and informative about our first maintenance with our Cat 3 program. He took the time to explain in detail the process of what the maintenance wioukd be compromised of. He also took pictures of each step that waa tested. Jamie was very knowledgeable and polite. If there was a 10 star rating Jamie would certainly be deserving of 10 stars. He is definitely an asset to GenGatorz. We hope to see him again when our 2nd maintenance is scheduled in a few months.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Their service is absolutely impeccable. They were incredibly prompt, kept me informed every step of the way, and went completely above and beyond to get my generator serviced. They even found and fixed mistakes made by the original installer. I truly wish I would have used them from the very start!

back up power.. explained and installed right before the start of Hurricane season in Louisiana. be prepared forthe price tag, the financing options were a bit confusing but im not a numbers person...once I saw it on paper I was ok. Very knowledgeable of their products. they send texts as well as make calls which was better for me. there was a wait in between deposit and installation but I think it was more due to obtaining permits and an elevation certificate. 9/10 would recommend though. i gave the 4 stars because only the... read more
